When your body in Pain
بِسْمِ اللهِ ,3 x أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ 7 x
bis-mil-laah; ’A‛oodhu bil-laahi wa qudratih min shar-ri maa ajidu wa uḥaadhir
“Place your hand at the site of the pain and say: In the name of Allah. (three times) …then supplicate seven times: I seek refuge with Allah and His omnipotence from the evil of what I feel and that which I am wary of ( Seven Times)”
