Du’a for Beginning of the Day

Asbahna wa asbahal-mulku lillahi Rabbil-‘alamin. Allahumma inni as’aluka khayra hadhal-yawmi: Fathahu wa nasrahu wa nurahu, wa barakatahu, wa hudahu, wa a’udhu bika min sharri ma fihi wa sharri ma ba’dahu.

“We have started a new day and with it all dominion is Allah’s, Lord of all being. O Allah, I ask You for the good in this day: it’s victory, it’s help, it’s light, its blessings and its guidance. I take refuge in You from the evil that is in it and from the evil that follows it.”
