Hadith 82

“the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Anyone who says something which I did not say should take his seat in the Hellfire. Whoever is consulted by his Muslim brother and he gives him advice without guidance has betrayed him. Whoever is given a fatwa without proof, his sin is on the one who gave him the fatwa.”

advised
